Dion Sing
Consultant, trainer and professional supervisor
Dion has delivered hundreds of hours of supervision in demanding environments, community services, child protection, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations. That experience sits alongside fifteen years of in-depth learning, experimenting and reasoning through what makes quality supervision, drawing on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, neuroscience, and mindset and stress research.
Dion is the author of the Solution-Focused Supervision Handbook and the Solution-Focused Supervision Cards, President of the Australasian Solution Focused Association, and co-host of the Toward Solutions Podcast. He works with individuals and organisations across the community services sector to bring about positive, practical change in how supervision is led.
